Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Tyler Hoang grew up immersed in a wide range of sports, including tennis, soccer, basketball, football, and baseball—thanks to his dad’s passion for sports, especially baseball. After discovering Olympic weightlifting in college, Tyler found a new passion that allowed him to explore the technical intricacies of the sport. His dedication led him to become a coach for his weightlifting team and compete in multiple national events. In 2019, Tyler earned a spot on his university’s weightlifting team, marking a highlight in his athletic journey.
Throughout his years of lifting, Tyler encountered his share of injuries, which sparked his interest in chiropractic medicine. Fascinated by the range of treatments and approaches chiropractors offer, he decided to pursue his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the University of Western States. He’s on track to graduate in May 2025.
Though competing has taken a back seat for now, Tyler remains committed to training. More recently, he has discovered a love for bowling, overlanding, and film photography. When he’s not in the clinic, you can often find him at the lanes, exploring trails with his partner and dog, or capturing moments through his camera lens.

Hope grew up in the Columbia Gorge and has moved all throughout the US. Her time traveling cultivated a love of people, culture, community and a desire to connect with the world around her. Hope is a self-described ”stereotypical PNWer,” obsessed with the outdoors and maybe a little too dependent on good coffee. In her free time she enjoys going on long walks wherever the wind takes her and exploring all the weird, eclectic nooks of Portland. Hope is a dog mom to the cutest of boys, Lionel, and a novice chicken mom to Dotty, Doodle, Eleanor, and Ebony. They are always keeping her on her toes, adding joy and character to her life.
As an LMT, Hope approaches bodywork with a deep sense of intuition and care. She believes that healing begins with connection– both to the body and to the moment. Hope aims to create a space where clients feel supported, seen and empowered in their healing journey. Studying at East West College of the Healing Arts gave her an appreciation for all of the many modalities of massage therapy. Her practice is inspired by the grounding traditions of Thai massage and the precision of structural bodywork. These modalities have shaped her understanding of the body as an interconnected system, where balance, alignment, and flow are key to long-term wellness.
She’s passionate about incorporating patient engagement and movement into each session. Whether through guided breathwork, gentle stretching, or active participation in a technique, Hope encourages collaboration to help her patients feel more attuned to their body and more involved in their own healing process. Whether you’re looking for relief from chronic pain, improved mobility, or a deeper connection with your body, Hope is here to support you with compassionate, informed and intentional touch.
